Job
Purpose:
Working closely with the SVP of
Performance and Delivery, the VP, Consumer Marketing will focus on enhancing
revenue and margin generating capabilities for Sharecare Consumer
Solutions. This includes leading teams
dedicated to improving the consumer experience while maximizing quality for our
clients and revenue/margin for Sharecare Consumer Solutions. The VP, Consumer Marketing will work closely
with Sales and Account Management to enhance Sharecare Consumer Solutions'
product offering and go-to-market solutions to achieve desired results and help
secure new opportunities and/or renewal programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The VP, Consumer Marketing will lead
cross-functional efforts to leverage current capabilities to achieve enhanced
results. This includes managing the
efforts of a group of individuals across the enterprise, including Tech, CX and
Creative. The VP, Consumer Marketing
will liaise with stakeholders in Technology and Product as it relates to
Consumer Solutions product offering, keeping them abreast of product evolution,
performance, enhancements and successes.
This motivated individual will act in a project management capacity to
drive projects forward, anticipate potential conflicts, identify risks and seek
alternative scenarios to achieve the desired end result. This person will manage the Consumer
Solutions Roadmap focused on achieving the Consumer Solutions group s business
objectives by prescribed deadlines.
Marketing responsibilities:
+ Lead cross-functional teams in
support of Consumer Solutions business needs
+ Be the driving force behind product
performance improvements within Consumer Solutions
+ Identify experience gaps or
optimization opportunities and plan possible solutions
+ Coordinate with Media team to
identify need for new media hooks
+ Work with IM/Ops teams to identify
client solution enhancements
+ Maintain Roadmap of enhancements for
Consumer Solutions
+ Define success criteria for each
initiative on the Roadmap
+ Project manage initiatives from start
through launch and optimization
+ Responsible for meeting deadlines to
keep tasks on-time and avoid delays
+ Provide resolution of issues and
manage/escalate concerns as appropriate
+ Utilize data to measure success and
identify additional platform improvements/optimizations
Management responsibilities:
+ Clear, concise communication to
internal teammates, Consumer Solutions stakeholder and Product/Technology
management
+ Leverage relationships across the
organization (Oz, legal, etc.) in support of Consumer Solutions initiatives
+ Divide projects between VP and
Marketing Analyst
+ Support Analyst on individual
projects as needed
+ Prioritization of work for
Creative/CX resources
+ Coordination with other departments
(P&T, IM, Media, AM, Editorial) on Creative/CX needs
+ Escalate resourcing issues as needed
+ Management and support of 4 employees
(managing conflict, performance feedback, etc.)
Areas of focus:
+ Funnel experience improvements
+ Member acquisition and media flows
+ Client offering enhancements
+ CRM strategy for QH members
+ Increasing programmatic inventory
across QH
+ Management of the content portion of
QH.com
+ Enterprise offers within the flow
(RAT, Provider, Oz)
+ Cost allocation across funnel
programs
