The Process Associate / Sr Process Associate - Procurement Information Management (PIM) Role is responsible for the administrative activities required to support the information solution components of Procurement, as well as assisting in the developing and reporting on key procurement metrics. This is a mission critical role for the Procurement and AP organizations as this individual must ensure solution availability, controls, configurations and data integrity. Additionally, the PIM will develop, maintain, report and continue to evolve the key performance metrics associated with the goals and objectives of the Procurement and AP organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
+ View, add, modify and delete suppliers
+ View, add, modify and delete supplier banking data
+ Verify and authenticate vendor information being entered in system of record
+ System Admin for areas of SAP and Ariba
+ Communicate and work with internal IT to resolve system and/or data related issues
+ Evaluate technical changes required to accommodate future requirements / changes in Business process
+ Assist in the establishing of system controls in accordance with company s policies and procedures
+ Assist in Establishing program metrics, frequency and distribution of reportsRequired Skills, Competencies, Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor Degree required (Business, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred)
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing ERP systems for a Process Associate. For a Senior Process Associate, 3 or more years of experience utilizing ERP Systems.
+ Solid general technology experience and the ability to recognize and translate business problems into technology-based solutions
+ Industry experience is a plus
+ Experience working with a software development lifecycle methodology
+ Experience in supply chain processes is a plus
+ Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
+ Experience with ERPs and MRPs
+ Strong time management and organizational skills
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
+ Excellent experience with MS Office products
+ Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
+ Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users, colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a willingness and desire to \"do what it takes\" to support Company systems - sometimes during non-standard work hours
+ Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
+ A continual desire and capability to learn
