Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Lead Product Specialist to join our Newark, NJ office. In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to the support of the products assigned. You'll be expected to thoroughly understand products and provide excellent client service. You will gather knowledge of Broadridge products, services and platforms, as well as the brokerage industry. You will effectively utilize support tools and applications to resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner. You will deliver statuses and notifications to clients and management, relative to issues impacting service interruptions. You will become familiar with the Broadridge organization so that you can easily refer problems to the appropriate support groups within the organization.

Responsibilities:
* Assists in troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving causes of various Broadridge problems. You will track service issue to resolution, and advance when necessary.
* You will assist in planning for and coordinating application Focus Group meetings
* Participates in providing internal & client application training as required
* You will process all client requests on a timely basis. You will logs all client events into the Remedy System and updates all open items within 24 hours Provide off hours/weekend coverage as needed and is available 24x7 in case of emergency situations
* Assists in entering new requests for estimation by development
* Adheres to all Product standard operating procedures; fully utilizes the tools within Broadridge (i.e., TSO, Remedy, TPA, SSR system, etc.)
* Assist in writing and executing test plans for simple improvements and coordinating with Quality Assurance
* Assists in performing routine support to client application questions.
* Participates in client visits/audits as required
* Support client conversions including B1 reviews, mock support and training. Participates in bi-weekly Change Matrix Management meetings and in monitoring development change matrix
* Participate in special projects. Participates in inter-departmental assignments.
* Provide support for sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, presentations, demos, & webinars. Provide mentorship to Junior level associates.
* Assist in crafting Marketing Tools (whitepapers, datasheets, return on investment calculators, etc)
* Supervise and oversee special projects. Perform any other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years' of product experience. Some management experience preferred, or experienced manager of high-impact product/process.
* Operational experience in financial services environment (relative to years' experience) preferred
* Experience interacting with external customers to ensure client happiness
* Knowledge of industry data vendors
* Familiarity with Security Master products
* A self-starter with leadership skills and a solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent listening and presentation skills
* Understanding of different geographies, asset classes and BUs #LI-LZ1
