HRSD provides vital services in the areas of Payroll, HR Call Center (accessHR), Employee On and Off Boarding, Data Management, Benefits Administration and Project Management. Within this team, the Records Management Americas Lead is responsible for managing the records management agenda for the Americas (US, Canada and all Latin American countries). This leader, in coordination with their regional counterparts, will lead projects, drive process improvements to drive HR's compliance to the Firmwide Records Management policy as well as external regulations. A talented, experienced manager with project management and operations management experience is needed to support all areas of corporate and business aligned HR teams in North America and Latin America. In addition, the successful candidate will also assist the Global Data Management Lead with various types of business management reporting requirements (e.g., BCC, Monthly metrics, Project tracking, team SharePoint site manager, planning and budgeting)., * Partner with each corporate and business aligned HR team in North America and Latin America to assist each groups implement records management practices in their area. This will require maintaining project plans, providing executive updates, and performing core project management responsibilities for meeting management * Engage with regional counterparts to drive consistency of practice across the geographies * Support each team in reaching sustainable operational capabilities, including development of job aids, drafting and sending communications, creating and facilitating training, ensuring proper testing/ piloting, and completion of change management tollgates as required * Escalate risks to operational readiness and remediate as appropriate * Indirect management responsibility for project working groups * Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements across the organization * Establish monitoring techniques to help teams sustain their improvements* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Proven track record in driving change and partnering on change management efforts * Experience with any or all of the following: process mapping, process optimization, or training * Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities * Able to accept responsibilities and operate outside of individual comfort zone * Able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours, including support of global time zones * Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable providing guidance to other project managers and leads * Strong technical skills, including proficient use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint(including PitchPro); MS Project and Visio is a plus * Familiarity with HR systems is not a requirement but preferred * Possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a passion for process improvement * Independent thinker * Operational control-minded
