The company is a financial group.The DQ Issues Management Lead will work closely with the senior Chief Data Office (CDO) members, Business and Function, Key stakeholders to design and implement the enterprise DQ Incident and Issues management processBuild out framework for Enterprise Issues and Incident management processesWrite requirements and interface with Technology in the Build out of the PlatformWork with the GB/GFs in analyzing current processes and building out a migration plan to the enterprise platformDevelop process and onboarding documentation and communicationsAnalysis and development of Metrics and exception reporting from platformFacilitate the resolution and escalation of Producer/Consumer DQ issues/incidentsResponsibility as owner of the Platform and content dataBachelors degree and minimum 5 years related technology and Data management experienceA track record of success in implementation of cross organization COE Data initiativesWorked in a large scale CDO organization and was responsible to standing up Data Quality Issues management capabilities.Strong background in Data QualityStrong background in dashboard and metrics aligningStrong understanding of control systems and relevant technologies and how they interact with each otherStrong management, organizational and evaluative process skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal partners and external vendorsExperience in Metadata process, repositories and technologies
