The Cybersecurity organization within JPMorgan Chase & Co. provides security services to all lines of business (LOB) across JPMC. The objective of Cybersecurity is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services including Security Standards, Monitoring & Protection, Assurance & Awareness, and Security Operations. Cybersecurity is designed to address the JPMC global security needs across all LOBs and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
Job Description:
The Cybersecurity Technology team is looking for a Software Engineer Agile/Scrum Coach to work with the engineering teams and technology leads to partner with teams as needed in providing the following:
+ Lead and coach the organization in its Agile adoption and promoting delivery of business value
+ Teach and Coach Agile practices and values within the organization
+ Coach employees and stakeholders to understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
+ Influencing change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace
+ Work with Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application in the organization
+ Exhibit deep knowledge of Agile teachings and help teams to address dysfunctions that may result from teams misinterpreting, ignoring or rejecting Agile and Lean values and principles
+ Work with organizational leadership and teams to change and adjust organizational design to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise environment
+ Display an understanding of the challenges with scaling agile teams across organizations.
+ Identify and address dysfunctional patterns caused by external forces that do not follow the values and principles of Agile or provide teams with an environment for agility
+ Exhibits a deep-passion for continuous learning and seeks to provide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business, and can facilitate classes, workshops, and Agile sharing events (e.g. Agile Hangouts, Community of Practice)
+ Utilizes broader experiences and adoption patterns, the Lean/Agile Coach helps the organization and (often multiple) Agile Teams adopt and progress in a feasible way
+ Capable of teaching and coaching application development teams to adopt Continuous Delivery practices such as Test-Driven Development, Specification by Example, Story Mapping, and other Lean/Agile Modeling Techniques
+ Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and teach techniques for effective Product Backlog management
Qualifications - Agile/Scrum Coach Personal Skills Criteria:

+ Facilitative lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team

+ Situationally Aware be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise, coach the team to resolve internally and if necessary involve management
+ Enthusiastic Engagement must be high-energy and a source for motivation/inspiration for individuals and teams looking for support and guidance
+ Continual Improvement continually grow ones craft by learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team
+ Conflict Resolution able to facilitate discussion and alternatives approaches
+ Attitude of Empowerment Must be able to lead teams to self-organization
+ Attitude of Transparency bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust
Required Certifications:
+ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)

+ Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
+ Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
+ Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC)
+ Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
+ Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
+ Certified Team Coach (CTC)
+ Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
+ Certified Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS)
