Continuous Improvement Training Manager/Specialist is solely responsible for leading, developing, designing, administering and maintaining ER&T s training program. This position will partner closely with key subject matter experts in various functional areas to develop and lead ER&T s training strategy. This includes training evaluation for new and existing employees, ongoing continuing education, and benchmarking.
+ Develop and design customized training content including blended eLearning solutions that align with ER&T s Trading Excellence Model. Work with manager to effectively execute training strategy and programs to meet deadlines.
+ Responsible for instructional design on all needs analysis, workshops, training evaluations and post training transfer activities. Gain consensus from key stakeholders on training needs analysis results and training program recommendations.
+ Administer internal learning management system and oversee the roll-out of all internal training to ensure employee compliance with industry requirements.
+ Measure, monitor, track, and report on training effectiveness.
+ Develop and provide effective training metrics
+ Act as lead facilitator for all required training.
+ Generate and maintain annual training calendar
+ Periodically partner with Chief Compliance Officer to identify and coordinate mandatory annual compliance training(s). **Required Skills, Competencies, Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in training role designing and delivering customized training curriculum and programs
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Expertise in coordinating and supporting the delivery of learning and development curriculum(s)
+ Strong knowledge of training methodologies and administration of Learning Management System
+ Demonstrated success in developing animated presentations, utilizing design tools Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Photoshop
+ Experience identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities and proficiency in developing reports for management
+ Act as lead for training project management initiatives
+ Ability to build and maintain working relationships with senior management, business leads and peers on a wide range of training matters
+ Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
+ Ability to work independently, be resourceful and solution oriented

+ Advanced Degree in Instructional Design
+ Knowledge of merchant generation and natural gas trading and operations
