**Office Administrator - Budgets**

+ Work proficiently with intercompany departments and external stakeholders supporting the Budget & Revenue team.
+ Process invoices and payment transactions to wholesalers and retailers
+ Work with Corporate Sales Office and third party vendor to maintain the fleet of company cars
+ Prepare correspondence, calendar maintenance, coordinate meetings and travel
+ Track vacation time for department employees
+ Facilitate repairs for office equipment as needed
+ Bachelor s degree preferred
+ Five plus years administrative assistant experience preferred
+ Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive information
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
