Position Summary:
Office Workers position requires individuals with high attention to detail, clerical skills, and a positive and friendly attitude.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist the Exec. Chef and Sous-chefs in their daily computer and invoice task.
  • Make sure that the Prima program is kept up to date every day.
  • Insure that all scheduling task are adhered to.
  • Complete data entry tasks
  • Develop a strong knowledge of all products and services offered in order to help insure consistency
  • Maintain accountable for all transactions
  • Must be proficient in counting money and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere of the Chef's office at all times.
  • Ability to answer phone and get accurate info to the manager specified.
  • File whenever needed - ensuring all papers, folders and records are kept accurate and up to date
  • Go the extra mile and follow through to ensure proper record keeping.
  • Must be able to work under erratic deadlines and deal with changing priorities
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule
  • Use basic office equipment
  • Report to work in proper uniform
  • Other duties as assigned

Status and Scope:
  • Office Workers report to The Executive Chef
  • Must be able to work efficiently - prepared to help wherever needed
  • Strong communication skillsand a positive attitude


  • Must be fluent in English language both spoken and written
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Previous clerical experience of at least 1 year is preferred

Fax Machine, Electronic Mailing Machine, Photocopier, Basic Office Equipment, Calculator, Shredder, Printer, Telephone, Computer

Travel Requirements: Little or No Travel (>10%)

Lifting Requirements:
SEDENTARY - Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying small items (files, manuals, binders)
