Duties: Define, lead, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives for data and technology projects. Responsible for data conversions, system re:engineering, customer:facing applications, and workflow applications. Perform systems integration across multiple technical platforms with broad implications for the IT architecture. Interface with technical SMEs to evaluate and recommend new technical directions and approaches. Lead multiple Investment Technology projects including launching new products and services, large scale application development, systems integration, third party arrangements, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering and infrastructure upgrades and deployments Define project scope and evaluate business value. Plan and ensure successful execution of projects. Monitor and report on project progress to ensure accordance with goals, schedules, and budget. 1 year of experience must include:; Interfacing with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and interfacing with development teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle; Performing web development using VB.Net and ASP.Net; Performing MS SQL development including queries, functions, stored procedures as well as data extraction, transformation and loading; Prioritizing projects performing workstream analysis, and allocating resources for multiple projects simultaneously; Managing technology projects adhering to PMP guidelines and methodologies, to manage project resources, risks, scope and budget, using MS Project and SharePoint; and Performing design, development and testing using Waterfall, Iterative and Agile:based development methodologies.
