Job Description:/h3:
Project Manager overseeing the implementation of the several Operations initiatives within Prime Services.
Candidate will be responsible for:
*Strategic Client Assets Segregation
*OCC:driven booking model change
*Options Escrow Receipts and Specific deposit process
*Listed Options Clearing
Candidate will lead these key projects using the prescribed methodology and project deliverables.
Candidate responsibilities include:
*Strategic direction and design
*Scope and budget definition
*Interaction with various departments (e.g., trading, sales, middle office, Finance, GL Compliance, technology, various departments within Operations) to support the portfolio of work.
*Management of business analysts and UAT teams in order to provide successful project implementation.
*Delivery of test plans, test scripts and coordinate system testing.
*Candidate will need to be articulate, confident, and able to communicate comfortably with all levels of the company.
An ideal candidate would have experience in business analysis, project management, system lifecycle integrations, experience working with vendors, developers and business user groups.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
*Proven experience in analysis and critical thinking to conduct business requirements gathering sessions, business process re:engineering workshops and workflow assessments
*A BS/BA degree or higher
*Extensive math skills
*Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
*Highly motivated with ability to drive results
*Demonstrate the ability to identify strategic opportunities and make specific recommendations
*Demonstrate the ability to identify inefficient and/or ineffective processes and provide solution options
*Proven ability to establish relationships with and influence all levels within the organization
*Ability to draft business cases and present to various levels of management
*Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
*Enthusiastic team player who is willing to learn and seek guidance from others as needed
*Aptitude to handle various tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
*Ability to manage an experienced team of project managers and business analysts
*Ability to conduct vendor negotiations, assess contracts and provide business requirements

Core Skills:
Required Qualifications
*3+ years of management experience
*3+ years of Prime Services experience
*3+ years of project management and business analysis experience
*7+ years of financial services experience in the back:office, preferred
*Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Project, Vision, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Proven experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic/complex environment with the ability to set and maintain priorities, delegate tasks and ensure successful implementations x200B;
